Conduct and Ethics

It is the policy of Mighzor to conduct its business in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and in an ethically responsible manner.

The Code of Conduct applies to all our people. It enables the Company to continue to operate ethically, honestly and to comply with law.

The Code sets out minimum required standards. Mighzor promotes the adoption of the Code as a best practice standard of business conduct by partners, suppliers, consultants, agents, dealers and others. Mighzor recognizes and adhere to the principles underlying the Code of Conduct and related policies, as well as compliance with local regulations, particularly those related to corruption, money-laundering, terrorism and other crimes constituting liability.
